Artificial intelligence your organization actually uses

Most AI initiatives don’t fail because of the tool. They fail because nobody adopts them, or because they were built on data nobody trusts. That’s where we start.

What we see

Three ways to lose money on artificial intelligence

Spend without return

The tool gets bought, the license gets paid, and six months later nobody opens it. The cost wasn’t the license — it was the months the real problem went unsolved.

Pilots that die in the presentation

The demo impresses the board and operations run exactly the same on Monday. Installing is not adopting.

Data nobody trusts

AI built on numbers that don’t reconcile doesn’t produce bad answers — it produces bad answers that look certain. And people believe them.

How we think about it

AI is not a separate engine

It runs through all seven engines of your organization. That’s why every service here is anchored to an engine and to a measurable result — not to a tool.

  • Leadership

Decision quality, accountability, and founder dependency.

  • Strategy

    Direction, priorities, differentiation, and review.

  • Finance

Reliable close, cash flow, margins, and controls.

  • People

Structure, roles, onboarding, performance, and compliance.

  • Operations

    Process, quality, capacity, and continuity.

  • Technology

Systems, data, automation, security, and adoption.

  • Growth

    Positioning, conversion, retention, and pricing.

The ALUD AI ladder

Every step produces a complete result on its own. None of them obligates the next.

  • AI Readiness Scan

    10 min

Twenty-eight questions across your seven engines. It returns your readiness index, the blockers that would make any AI initiative fail today, and where to start. Business 360™ is the full diagnostic if you want to go deeper.

    No cost

    1 week

A 90-minute executive session and a 6-to-8-page memo: what to tackle first, what not to tackle yet, and what the problem is costing you today.

    $497

    2–3 weeks

Diagnostic of one or two engines, current-state and target-state process maps, a 30/60/90 roadmap, and a business case with real numbers.

    $2,400

Real implementation: one to three use cases in production, integrated, documented, and in your team’s hands.

    $7,500 – $14,000

  • AI Transformation Program

    4–6 months

A multi-engine program in waves: 6 to 12 adopted use cases, governance running, and capability transferred to your team.

    $28,000 – $60,000

  • AI Elevate

    Monthly

A continuous-evolution retainer: monitoring, adjustments, new use cases, and adoption review.

    $1,450 – $4,500/mo

  • Executive AI Advisory

    Monthly

Two strategic sessions a month, asynchronous access, and a second opinion on technology investments.

Entry services

AI Policy & Governance Pack

Acceptable-use policy, data classification, role-based access control, and a human-review protocol. For organizations whose employees are already using AI without written rules.

$890

AI Workshop for teams

Half day or full day, up to 15 people. Every participant leaves with at least two flows of their own work running.

$1,200 – $1,900

AI Enablement by role

Applied training by function: sales, finance, human resources, operations, service, and leadership.

$290/person

Prices in US dollars for organizations whose primary operation is in Puerto Rico. Clients in the continental United States and organizations above $10M in revenue carry an adjustment factor, stated in the proposal.

Credit rule

The first yes shouldn’t be a leap of faith

The $497 for an AI Clarity Session is credited in full if you engage step 2, 3, or 4 within 45 days. And 50% of a Blueprint is credited toward implementation within 60 days.

You pay for clarity. If you decide to build with us, that clarity is already paid for. The exact terms of the credit are set out in the Engagement Letter, which is the governing document.

How we work

Five steps, with a decision gate at each one

  1. Understand

We understand the organization as a system before proposing anything.

  2. Diagnose

We identify maturity, strengths, critical risks, and interdependencies.

  3. Design the roadmap

We prioritize and sequence the right actions, with evidence.

  4. Execute

We accompany implementation through structured programs and projects.

  5. Evolve

We monitor, adjust, and raise the organization’s capability.

At every gate you decide whether to continue. There is no single point of no return.

Our commitments

What you can hold us to

Adoption over installation

We don’t charge to switch tools on. At the start of each Sprint we write down what counts as being in use: how many people run the flow in production, and how often. If that criterion is not met when the Sprint closes, we extend the engagement at no cost for up to 30 additional days. The criterion and the scope of the extension are written into the Engagement Letter before we start, not argued about at the end.

Human review before consequential decisions

When AI contributes to a recommendation, a person reviews it before it affects an employee, a customer, or the organization’s money.

AI never presents itself as a licensed professional

No solution we build presents itself as a CPA, an attorney, or a licensed professional.

Truth with evidence

We tell you the truth about your organization. If your problem isn’t solved by AI, we say so.

Questions

What people ask before starting

What if I can do this myself with ChatGPT?

You can, and we recommend you start today. What doesn’t solve itself is adoption: most AI initiatives don’t fail because of the tool, they fail because the team doesn’t use it. That’s what you’re buying here.

Is my data safe?

That’s the right question and we work on it from day one: data classification, role-based access control, and human review before consequential decisions. You get it in writing as part of the work, and we don’t use your confidential data to train third-party models.

Are you going to replace my people?

We don’t take on projects whose stated goal is cutting headcount without discussing the human impact. What we do is take off your people’s plate the work they shouldn’t be doing.

How long until we see a result?

An AI Sprint puts one to three use cases into production in 4 to 6 weeks, measured against your baseline. The diagnostic steps deliver the roadmap in 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you work outside Puerto Rico?

Yes. We serve Puerto Rico and the United States. Published prices apply to operations in Puerto Rico; for the continental United States there is an adjustment factor, stated in the proposal.

What if I want to stop mid-project?

The work moves through gates, and at each one you decide whether to continue. You pay for what was delivered up to that gate and nothing more.

Are you accountants or attorneys?

No. ALUD provides strategic and operational consulting. We do not claim CPA, audit, or legal authority. Anything requiring a license is coordinated with qualified professionals.

Ten minutes and you’ll know where you stand

Ten minutes and you will know whether your organization can absorb artificial intelligence today: your readiness index, the blockers that would make any initiative fail, and where to start. We review it personally and write back with what we see. If you want the full seven-engine diagnostic, that is Business 360™.

ALUD Consulting LLC provides strategic and operational consulting services. Services requiring a local license, certification, or jurisdiction-specific authority are provided only within the applicable professional scope or in coordination with qualified professionals.
