Terms and Conditions

1. Services

We offer accounting, tax, business consulting, human resources, artificial intelligence, web design and digital presence services, among others. The specific scope of each project is defined in the corresponding proposal or agreement.

2. Quotes and payments

• Published prices are "starting from" and may vary by scope.
• Web projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining balance before publishing or delivery.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Monthly plans are billed recurrently according to the chosen plan.

3. Deliverables and client responsibilities

Delivery timelines depend on the client providing the necessary materials (logo, photos, text, access) in a timely manner. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and content provided to us.

4. Revisions and changes

Each project includes a reasonable round of revisions before final delivery. Major or out-of-scope changes may incur an additional cost agreed in advance.

5. Ownership and licenses

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to their page or deliverable. Third-party licenses (images, fonts, plugins) are governed by their own terms.

6. Maintenance and domain

Hosting, domain and maintenance can be contracted separately or through a monthly plan. On monthly plans, the page remains active while the plan is current.

7. Limitation of liability

We make our best professional effort, but we do not guarantee specific sales, traffic or ranking results. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date indicates the version in force.
