Quote in minutes
Pick the template for a job you do often: the materials and hours come preloaded and you only adjust. IVU is calculated for you.
Your customer approves and signs
It arrives by WhatsApp or email. They open it without creating an account, approve it and sign it from their phone, and you know when they opened it.
You invoice and collect
The invoice is created from the approved quote. You record deposits and payments, send the receipt, and the app tells you what is about to fall due.

Prices in US dollars. The annual plan costs the same as ten months. Cancel whenever you want: there is no minimum term.
Questions
What contractors ask before they start
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You create your account and use the app free for 14 days. At the end you choose a plan inside the app, or you simply stop.
Does my customer have to create an account?
No. They receive a link or the PDF by WhatsApp or email. From there they see the quote, approve it and sign it, or see the invoice and how to pay you.
Does it calculate IVU and withholding?
Yes. It separates materials and labor, calculates state and municipal IVU per line, and applies the 10% withholding on services, with the first $500 a year exempt per customer. It uses the rates you set; your accountant has the final word, and you can export the reports for them.
Does it file my IVU return for me?
No. It prepares the month’s sales and IVU by municipality so that you or your accountant can prepare and file the return. Filing remains yours.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It works in the browser of a phone, a tablet or a computer (with an internet connection), and you can install it on your home screen like any other app.
Is the app available in English?
No. The app is in Spanish, and so are the labels on its quotes and invoices.
Who can see my information?
Each business sees only its own information and, on the Pro and Empresa plans, each user sees what their role allows. Your customers see only the document you send them, through a private link you can revoke.
Who is behind ContratistaPro PR?
ALUD Consulting LLC, the same company behind this site. It is a separate app, with its own account and its own plan: you do not need any other ALUD service to use it.

Verifying your documents, rates and filings remains your responsibility.
